Sorry for delay, technical issues. Here is the second round of imagery. Photo1: we continue to paddle under the midnight sun for improved weather and have been blessed with amazing conditions all the way along the northern coast . Nordaustlandet is within a days paddle though the sea ice has yet to recede enough to allow passage, now it is a waiting game as we restock at our food drop.Photo 2: though we have yet to encounter the sea ice as we now round onto the northern coast f Spitsbergen, we encounter many beautiful glacial icebergs. Our zegul arrow empowers continue to drive forward with efficiency even with their over burdened load.
Phot0 3: Our Lendal NA paddles are keeping us efficiently on the move.
Photo 4: This place is harsh, but stunning!
I will be very happy when you are all back safely after a successful trip.
Glad things are going well
Loving the images; the route tracking map is great. Are you exploring while you’re waiting for the melt? Thinking of you everyday here in beautiful BC. Hope the melt happens on schedule…Hugs…Charlie and Marianne
